I found it on GitHub, it’s not mine, it only has one release, hasn’t been updated since 10 months, but somehow still works.
I do want to clarify that I do not know if it is free of malware, but as it is open source you can also just build it from source after checking it yourself.
The installation process is as simple (as long as you have root) as downloading the APK, installing it (compatible with normal playstore spotify), and activating the module in LSposed’s settings.
