Stash is not an online streaming service. It’s a personal-library tool for people who already have Spotify or YouTube Music accounts and want their library available offline on their terms. Studio quality tracks, they’re yours to keep.

● Parallel downloads — 8 simultaneous tracks. Background sync runs as a foreground service so it actually finishes with the phone locked.

● Automatic update notifications — checks GitHub for new releases daily and notifies you when one is available.

Two reliability fixes:
● Lossless downloads no longer save 30-second preview clips. When a Qobuz proxy returns a preview sample or a lossy downgrade instead of the full track, Stash now detects it and fails over to another source — with a duration backstop on the finished file as a second line of defense — so downloads come back full-length.
● Stash Mix tracks are no longer downloaded during offline sync. Mixes are stream-only by design; an auto-requeue path was force-downloading their tracks and bloating the download queue. Mix-only tracks now stay stream-only, and the leftover queue backlog clears itself on the next sync.
