The Final Hours at Alderic Mansion
First of all, I’m really sorry for the wait.
This was probably one of the most taxing updates I’ve worked on so far.

One thing about the different arcs in Just Bros is that they let me experiment with different storytelling styles, tones, and presentation. They give me room to take risks and try out new ways to tell the story—and I think this update reflects that quite a bit.

I’m honestly not sure whether it’ll be a hit or miss for everyone, but I genuinely did my best to create something that feels fresh, different, and memorable. Since this is the closing part of the supernatural arc, I felt like I really had to lean into the weirdness, chaos, and wackiness of it all.

That said, this update is also very story-focused.
It wraps up a lot of lingering questions and plot threads you may have had, while also pushing forward some very important story progression for a certain character.

I’m also trying to put more emphasis on depth, especially when it comes to the main romance routes, so things will naturally begin progressing beyond just surface-level crushes and attraction.

After this arc, Just Bros will be returning to more grounded storylines again, so this update is very much the final big supernatural detour before things settle back into the more character-driven, everyday drama and romance.

I really can’t wait for you all to experience the final stretch of the Alderic Mansion arc.

Important Notes

• The final part of this chapter is not part of the fun event but requires very high affection to view.
• For this update, the affection requirement for this part has been greatly reduced so more players can access it.
• This will revert back to normal in the next update, so take this as a temporary accessibility adjustment for now.

UI Changes
A few small UI improvements have also been added:

• Week / Day and your Money ($$$) will now be displayed during gameplay
• The relationship status screen is revamped
• Music credits will now appear at the bottom-right of the screen.

Please Note

• The Chapter 29 minigames will be reworked in the future.
• For now, the Counting Bibs minigame has been completely removed as a temporary fix.
• The entire sequence in Chapter 29 will be remade eventually, including both Minigame 1 and Minigame 2.
