Running the app under Android 13 or higher has the following changes:
on first app run after install, there is no unneccessary permission dialog asking to allow notifications
separate permission are asked for accessing local audio files and video/images files
when initiating a long running operation (such as downloads and subtitle extraction), ask for optional permission to show notifications for monitoring progress
use Android 13 standardized media notification style

Google Drive search includes all shared drives (if any)
added Google Drive “STARRED” root folder, containing starred items
reworked dynamic permission handling when the permission is denied: explain what it is used for, whether it is optional or required, allow to either ask for it again (if not permanently denied) or change it in Android Settings (if required and permanently denied)
reworked back button/gesture handling to be compatible with “predictive back gesture”, a feature that will be enabled in Android 14
fixed OneDrive playback track advance not working if BubbleUPnP was put in the background with back button or gesture

fixed dark theme not applied to some internal Web Views
fixed using notification prev/next button when current track is not playing resulting in prev/next track playing instead of just displaying prev/next track
