Show list: set watched in one tap.
Set movies watched (previously only when connected to trakt).
New show list filters that can be set to include (+), exclude (-) or disabled.
Added filter for continuing shows (exclude to display ended shows).
Show list filter settings are set back to defaults.
Sharing old TheTVDB links to SeriesGuide to add shows works again.
