To apply the theme go to Your Launcher settings and:
Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Installed > Metal > Apply
Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings >Icon pack > Metal Free
Atom Launcher:
Launcher settings > Theme > Metal Free > Use Theme
