Overview: Using LaunchBox for the Windows desktop, it’s easy to export your whole library to Android! It’s a 100% automated process and makes emulation on Android easier than it’s ever been before.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need the free desktop version of LaunchBox installed on a Windows 7 or Windows 10 PC in order to properly use LaunchBox for Android. Download it from launchbox-app.com on your PC.
We will soon be supporting adding games directly on your Android device, but currently the Windows desktop version is required.
What’s New:
– Added support for sideloaded versions of Retroarch (32-bit and 64-bit), useful if you want to use a recent version of MAME, as recent MAME cores are currently only available in the 32-bit version
– Added MAME4droid emulator for MAME/Arcade; it expects a very old MAME ROM set though, so sideloading Retroarch 32-bit is recommended instead
– Added better logic for platform-specific default extract archives settings
– Fixed some rare error messages not displaying correctly and crashing instead
