This is not a standalone app, they are themes for * KUSTOM LIVE WALLPAPER *
Themes require the Kustom Live Wallpaper app, your PRO key and a free Launcher.
You need:

How to install:
Download the theme.
Open the KLWP editor, choose the menu icon in the upper left corner, within the “installed” section choose the theme.
Press the disk icon to save in the upper right and ready, have fun!
Have the famous music app installed on your smartphone, for album covers to appear. (Klwp settings, select the player)
Instructions:
In the NOVA launcher settings you need to:
select 1,2,3 screens or 4, if is in the theme description.
set wallpaper scrolling
hide dock bar
for screen 195/9
