This demo is around 8~10% of the full game, so it’s really the start only.
And there will probably be bugs, so all that “yadda-yadda this doesn’t reflect full game yadda-yadda”.
On the full game, expect more transformations, a fuller combat system with leveling up and skills won by transforming.
