added an E-ink mode optimizing the theme and disabling most animations for E-ink devices with a black and white or color screen. This can be enabled in More > Settings > Look and Feel > E-ink mode. On first app startup, if an E-ink device is detected (BOOX only at the moment), a dialog will ask if E-ink mode should be enabled
